Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for sales of products within the assigned territories in the USA. You will report to the Sales Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Sales and work closely with other members of the Sales team. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth within key states of the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in your assigned territory. Through strategic planning, effective communication, and consistent engagement, you will work towards achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry with 2 plus years of experience;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively;

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory;
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software, ideally Hubspot;
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential;
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, a hunter attitude, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to meet customer needs. Your role will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions to drive mutual success.
Responsibilities:
Customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers as the main sales contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess needs, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement retention plans, including regular visits and targeted interactions.
Sales
- Drive revenue through market research, lead generation, and active prospecting (cold calls, networking, inbound leads).
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to deliver targeted initiatives.
- Provide sales performance updates and market insights to the Head of Sales.
Market Analysis
- Develop and execute sales strategies that exceed targets.
- Gather client feedback, track competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Align with logistics and account management to ensure service commitments are met.
Compliance
- Ensure all customers comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Support customers in achieving strong, sustainable market positions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and report on account performance using data-driven insights.
- Manage workflows and customer communication in HubSpot to ensure consistency.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client visits, and market trends.
